I cannot tell you how rare feedback like this is, in the 10 years of my being in business this has never happened. A social worker has sent us a fab review and well done, also increasing our time with the client without us requesting it!

They could not believe the improvement since their visit last week to the client, with the trust between carer and client built to the point were personal care is now easy to undertake. The carer’s hours are to be increased, with immediate effect, to allow time for shopping to be completed together.

We are proud to receive feedback like this, and would like to thank our carers for all their hard work and commitment to their clients.
