I approached the company 16 months ago to look after my son's package of care, he has complex health needs, respiratory needs and has NIV (non-invasive ventilation) and oxygen therapy. They were very quick at getting a great team into the package, full and continual training given. The managing director/owner is extremely approachable and always has time to listen and she reflects this to her staff too.
