The care worker is coming to work, they need a safe environment in which to do so. They will also require permission from the individual they are caring for to carry out the tasks agreed and assessed. If the care worker is there for long periods of time, they will require the opportunity to take short break to have a drink of either water or a hot drink and facilities to use a bathroom.

You can speak directly to your care worker or you can call the office and speak to any member of the team.
