We’re delighted to welcome a new addition to our team Chrissie Lovell who has joined us to strengthen our management:
“My name is Chrissie Lovell and I am the Registered Manager for Verina Daly Care.
My career began 19 years ago, working in a care home after visiting Australia and having the time of my life. I decided that over the years, I needed to give back to people, with the help and support they have given me. I completed my training and became highly interested in dementia, mental health and the degree of care needed to sustain a healthy and happy life.
Having been a Registered Care Manager since 2009, I now work with a great company in Verina Daly Care, where all team members work with common morals, ethics and principles – caring for those most vulnerable in our community.
I am qualified as a Registered Manager and hold the NVQ and LMA in Health and Social Care.
Throughout my career I have worked alongside some great people, allowing the opportunity for sharing, developing and learning from a vast array of skills and knowledge.
Working with these individuals is extremely rewarding and as a Manager you refine your interpersonal skills, including communication and dealing with difficult situations, in addition to the day to day management of a service, maintaining Care Standards and offering the best quality service possible.”
